hello eating bagels. last week i weighed in and the scale kept going up till 119, but thankfully it went down.
i met with my new personal trainer yesterday and we weighed my body fat percentage. i'm 25% body fat at 116lbs, 5'3" tall. i wasn't expecting to be there since i've been working out fairly regularly.
my trainer asked me to also start logging my food intake. i know it's been out of control for the last two weeks, so this is definitely a good thing. i'm frightened by the fact that i have retained so much fat. so, my goal is to get down to 15%, which means i need to lose something in the ballpark of 10lbs...
