First day on this site.... recovering from the plague....will be going back to my trainer on Monday, having been unable to go due to sickness for the past 6 days. Eating has been out of whack~ first, no appetite at all, then the past 2 days I've been starving. Part of recovery I guess. Today's intake a lot more like it~ yogurt, fruit, eggs, granola and whole wheat toast. Need to get going on my H20 today also.... My regular trainer has gone on hiatus due to a personal emergency, so Monday I start with someone else. Hate to be a crybaby, but I was just really getting used to Bob, and now I've got to adjust to someone else. Maybe I will just shut my pie hole and accept what is happening.... a little shakeup is good for the old body, right?
