I just started with Fat Secret...am on WW...started in January with 205 and now am 177....just finished a 3 week sabatical due to 50th wedding anniversary and a Dreyers ice cream bash...but only gained a pound...fotunately....so am back in the saddle again...I walk 3 times a week and will be going to swim aroebics twice a week. ...so I should have 7 activity points a day.
