i wanted to eat about 300 cal today i got up to around 500.. maybe 600 it was all healthy except for 1/4 of a mars slim bar (45 cal) ... why the HELL do i feel so crappy when i've eaten about 1/4 of what people normally eat? why does that make me feel like a failure?
:/ this is so crap ugh what the hell do i need to do to feel better about myself? just starve forever? =\ god, just let me lose weight? please? :(
