Okay, I was 147.5 and I'm down .5 lbs so I'm happy about that. It's only .5 lbs but .5 times 10 wks is 5 lbs. Slow and steady wins the race, right?
Dinner last night was fish (tilapia), green beans and canned zucchini. Also, I did weights last night for 1/2 hr. I'm feeling stronger every day.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hey congrats! I bet some weeks the weight off will be more then others but as long as you stick to it, you should always see something
