Well, I gave myself a free day yesterday as a reward for having a really good week but I got a little carried away and it totally bit me in the ass on the scale. Good thing I have another 10K to do today! Hopefully it'll bring me back down to where I was.

You are doing do very well! Great work...but you may decide that rewards should not be about food. Perhaps new shoes,a manicure, a new haircut, etc? This way you are not attached to rewarding yourself with a "free" food day. Think if it as a lifestyle, not a diet. Just my humble opinion.

Also my 2 cents, but you have nothing to worry about with one day of bad eating, in fact it may even help reset your metabolism instead of stalling out needing less calories. if you did pick up any weight almost guarantee that its only water weight, and you can sweat it out if you really need to.
