OK. Enough's enough. Just gotta put my foot down sometime...uh...in this case, just gotta put the "bad" food down.
All right, started getting back on track yesterday and I saw the results today. Better food (ie. veggies NOT the cheetos), equals better weight loss and better health.
Today's like my Day 1 (again) since I'm back to where I started.
