Asked for help from keto group on facebook, decided on following:

Calories 1479
Carbs 20 g
Fats 169 g
Protein 89 g

There will be no pictures because I can't hold cell phone or camera.

There are major changes coming in my PCA hours soon that will make my life and food easier. I will be reevaluated in May.
