I gained and then I lost again... i am back to 160. I havent posted or signed in for a long while, but I have been dedicated for about a month and lost 18 lbs. My hope was to lose 25 in a month but I am feeling better again. I even went down 2 sizes without noticing until I had to buy a dress for a wedding!!! YAY! Back on track and staying there this time!!
