Still going to plan - toast and jam for brekky this morning...banana butty for lunch and a low at yoghurt and just had veg chilli and cous cous for dinner followed by a packet of low fat crisps (1.5 points).
So far I've only had 14 points all day so I'll be having a snack before bed!
Aunt Flo is due to visit in a few days which I always find hard......I'll be craving chocolate constantly....:( I'll have to try to be strong! lol

Wow, 14 points before last snack - thats excellent. Good luck with the chocolate cravings - perhaps drink lots of water before the craving attacks. I don't know, I havn't found the answer yet.
