ugh, I ate a lot yesterday!! I felt pretty hungry though. This is the first time I went over my rdi calories this week!! I also had too much fat yesterday!! I almost drank a beer, but then I took a sip and thought about it, and was like, no, I don't need it, and gave it to my hunny. So, its back on the wagon today!!
Also, today I plan on doing more of my Chalean extreme workout. I know I should take a day off according to the plan, but I have the day off from work today so I want to get my workouts in, in case I can't do it tomorrow!! I am already feeling the burn big time from the first two workouts. I can't wait until I start seeing the results!!
