5pm - I did ok today. I ate well but too fast. I ate lunch before yoga which isn't the best thing but I was hungry before I left. If I were to do it over, I'd just eat something small and then eat lunch after. I just feel guilty when I go for a long lunch to exercise and then I return only to eat at my desk. No one's complaining and I get my work done so I guess it shouldn't matter.
