I had gone to Curves this morning and was supposed to go to my son's school today. (I'm on PTO Committee) I decided after picking my daughter up from preschool that I really needed to go home & get stuff done at home. I have to be at the school tomorrow too. I'm there plenty. So I decided to pick up my ipod and I was dancing around the house listening to KC & the Sunshine Band, Disco Etc. & cleaning. I hope nobody was secretly watching me. I would be so embarrassed, but boy was it fun. It's a workout. You should try it!!!
