I am amazed that I am finally over the hump and am no longer cheating on my diet. Cutting out all my trigger foods is really doing it for me and it feels so much better eating natural foods that come from the earth instead of all that fake processed food and sweetners!

Foods that can send me way off track like chocolate, pizza, and ice-cream. I have a hard time eating that stuff moderately.

Congrats acm44! I've noticed that as long as I stay away from all candy and cookies/cakes, I don't have nearly as many problems watching what I eat. I don't have a problem having a pudding cup at lunch, but once I start snacking from the office candy jars, it's a lost cause.
