Back on track again!! :D I stepped out to Wii Fit for an hour yesterday while watching a movie with the kids as I knew I wouldn't be able to get to the gym. I watched my calorie intake all day, but for some reason was really hungry around 3pm, so made sure I ate fruit and nuts...things that would fill me up without using up too many calories.
It was so nice to wake up, weigh myself and see a loss again! :D
