Back on track again!! :D I stepped out to Wii Fit for an hour yesterday while watching a movie with the kids as I knew I wouldn't be able to get to the gym. I watched my calorie intake all day, but for some reason was really hungry around 3pm, so made sure I ate fruit and nuts...things that would fill me up without using up too many calories.

It was so nice to wake up, weigh myself and see a loss again! :D

Good job moving while watching the TV. I am wondering what I am going to do tomorrow. Does washing mom count as exercise? And if so how would I quantify it? Mom has an appointment in Seattle so I will be in the car much of the day. This could get interesting. I will definitely plan breakfast, lunch and snacks. Likely be eating with my bf and we will get creative (he is watching his intake too). Wish me luck!
