Holy cow! What the heck happened here?

Well the planned 1-meal cheat(Saturday's dinner) has turned into 1-meal plus 2 days cheat. I think the best thing to do during this Phase 1 is to stay away from restaurants. I remember when I was on my fitness bodybuilding diet, I missed a couple of birthday parties since they were held during the time that I was on the diet. Lose on one side (fun stuff, hangin' out with friends), but gain on the other (kept the weight off). It's all about compromise :)

TODAY I ATE:
BREAKFAST
- jello
- cheddar cheese

LUNCH
- stir-fry bok choy (chinese veggie that looks like lettuce)

DINNER
- stir-fry gai lan(chinese broccoli)

SNACKS
- cheetos

Watching your overall caloric intake is crucial. SBD does not require one to count calories but emphasises their importance. I use FitDay.com to write everything down and find that doing that often stops me from going to far. In the end, no matter the diet, it comes down to calories consumed minus calories burned (after years and years, that remains state of the art). That's my two cents anyway... Good Luck TMat!
