Holy cow! What the heck happened here?
Well the planned 1-meal cheat(Saturday's dinner) has turned into 1-meal plus 2 days cheat. I think the best thing to do during this Phase 1 is to stay away from restaurants. I remember when I was on my fitness bodybuilding diet, I missed a couple of birthday parties since they were held during the time that I was on the diet. Lose on one side (fun stuff, hangin' out with friends), but gain on the other (kept the weight off). It's all about compromise :)
TODAY I ATE: BREAKFAST - jello - cheddar cheese
LUNCH - stir-fry bok choy (chinese veggie that looks like lettuce)
DINNER - stir-fry gai lan(chinese broccoli)
SNACKS - cheetos
