So far, so good......
Last night my hubby was late home from work - he had a parents evening in school. I was a bit worried how I would manage to hold out until 8pm without eating a lot of biscuits and chocolate!!! Still, I managed it. I had a two point snack while I made my son's tea and then a coffee and that kept me going. I made roasted veg pasta for when he got home - 4 points of pasta and 2 points of low fat soft cheese in the sauce so all in all I'm pleased.
I was tempted to get on the scales this morning when i got up but I didn't.....don't want to get obsessed with them again!! Still, I feel like I'm losing, esp around my tummy, so that's feeling great!
