I have trouble using up my points sometimes, too. I end up with a bunch of points at the end of the day, not very hungry, and feel I am supposed to eat something to use them up! They do say to always eat your daily target so you don't slow down your metabolism. But why do I feel like I'm eating more than when I wasn't trying to lose weight? I guess it's just that we are eating the healthy stuff now and have to get use to food that doesn't leave us in a sugar slump. And, yes! We can do it!
