I had to go to work today and only used 6 points all day. I stopped to get family dinner. I could get the whole 12 inch turkey sub for supper to use up some points!!! I love the turkey subs toasted no cheese and lots of veggies & mustard!! I actually jumped on the treadmill this morning before work for 1/2 hour. It is so nice to just take it one day at a time. We can do it!!!

I have trouble using up my points sometimes, too. I end up with a bunch of points at the end of the day, not very hungry, and feel I am supposed to eat something to use them up! They do say to always eat your daily target so you don't slow down your metabolism. But why do I feel like I'm eating more than when I wasn't trying to lose weight? I guess it's just that we are eating the healthy stuff now and have to get use to food that doesn't leave us in a sugar slump. And, yes! We can do it!
