Today I’ve had a Atkins shake for breakfast, salad for a late lunch and I will have another Atkins shake for dinner for a grand total of 480 calories, and 19.75g carbs. I know I’m supposed to get more calories a day but I also don’t want to eat if I’m not hungry. I’ve just started the Atkins shakes and I was wondering if anyone else has tried them and if they were helpful to you or were they a waste of money?

I love the French Vanilla. I drink them in a pinch for a meal. Not often but it doesn't seem to make a difference doing keto. I am still losing.

I’m really bad about not eating breakfast or lunch. I know that’s not good for dieting so I’m trying to do better. I drank the first shake at about 9:30-10 this morning after my workout and I stayed full all day. I made myself eat a salad at 4:30 and I’ll drink the last shake when I get that sweet craving later this evening.
