Today I’ve had a Atkins shake for breakfast, salad for a late lunch and I will have another Atkins shake for dinner for a grand total of 480 calories, and 19.75g carbs. I know I’m supposed to get more calories a day but I also don’t want to eat if I’m not hungry. I’ve just started the Atkins shakes and I was wondering if anyone else has tried them and if they were helpful to you or were they a waste of money?
