Had a good start today. I got up at 5:30am and did some light aerobics for 30 min. I'm trying to work my way to getting up at 5am in small increments. Before the holidays, this was a little easier but once you get off track, it's so easy to sleep in to get some extra zzzs. I'm going to continue my light exercise until I hit a weight loss plateau. That should be a sign that I need to pick things up a little bit. Weight loss plateaus are always my biggest fear in any diet that I've done. I'm going to have to let this fear go somehow. I feel like if I expect it, it will happen. Anyone have any tips on how to let that fear go?
