[size=9I have started drinking Sassy water it works like magic. It helps get big pockets of fat out of your body . Here is the recipe incase you wanna give it a go.
2 shakes of ground ginger or 2 piecies of Ginger root.
4 squirts lemon juice.
Some mint.
in some filtered water and shake or mix and drink.

i will definitely give it a try as trying to drink the 8 glasses a day and plain water is boring after awhile.

Got on internet to check out Sassy Water and came up with this: 2 liters of water 1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger 1/2 lemon sliced as thinly as possible 12 fresh spearmint leaves 1/2 cuke sliced as thinly as possible Mix and let sit overnight. If one were to drink the whole two liters the next day weight should come off!!!
