Make sure you track all your food in the food journal, and any exercise in the exercise journal. Look around the site, read people's journals, see that there are lots of people struggling just like us... maybe comment on any if you feel lead. It's nice to have encouraging words, even if they are from strangers. You can do this. One day at a time, it has to be a lifestyle change, not a "diet". ♥♥
