day one: starting out with a two day fast before I start a Keto/intermittent fasting diet. my goal weight is 136 pound's, after I hit that weight is to bulk up to 139 - 144.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
