SO! Last night I worked on triceps so I figured I'd work on quads tonight. Asked a guy at PF what machine I should be using and the "thigh squeezer" was the only one he showed me 🤨 What other exercises should I be doing to work my inner thighs? I have a funky knee sometimes and would really like something that doesn't involve being on my knees or having to get up off the floor 😉

I would ask again and maybe you'll get a better answer. P F usually has an available trainer that will show you the way!

For inner thigh you might try the cable machine. PF should of the loop to attach to the low cable end (the one you would use for upright rows). Loop around an ankle the set up with a wide standing(a little wider then shoulder width) stance with shoulder on the loop ankle side facing the machine so you have tension on the cable, (the plate stack slightly lifted, then bring your looped ankle to your other foot, focusing on isolating and using the inner thigh as much as possible.
