I fell off the logging wagon for a few days and I cannot remember what I ate to log it. GRRRR....mad at myself but I did lose weight which I guess means I was doing something right. I even got into my jeans that were too small just a couple months ago. I am back now and won't fall off again. A huge thanks and hugs to those who were checking up on me in my absence!

On to what may be consider TMI so if you don't want to hear about my flab exit now......

...Only interested parties reading now? So I am a "flabby" big girl, not a solid one so I get that ever famous roll that sits right at my belly button line. I joke that my stomach frowns at me with the way that roll sits...BUT IT ISN'T FROWNING ANYMORE....It is almost a straight line which in my opinion is a good thing! Here is to a happy stomach in the future LMAO!
