Well, I couldn't throw out he leftovers from yesterday. So I'll be having pretty much the same stuff as dinner last night.
Figured I would've eaten the rest of the Greek food by dinner, but instead, Ed's parents took us out to a Japanese restaurant. Well...I figured since I've blown my diet...no use in doing damamge control. So, I had a "bento" box which had veggies (good start, but it's downhill from there), chicken teriyaki, tempura and for dessert -- ice cream and fruit.
Looks like after 1 week of Phase 1, I'll have to start over. Huh! So how's this gonna work since we're hosting 2 BBQs this Sunday. Guess I'll have to be more disciplined. Don't want to do this "yo-yo" on my weight...Just not good.
TODAY I ATE: LUNCH - Moussaka, rice and potato
DINNER - veggies - chicken teriyaki - tempura - dessert -- ice cream and fruit
SNACKS - was out the whole day, didn't have any (that must be the silver lining in today's grey cloud)
