dropped a lb over night! Must have been the hour and half of yoga. I did end up walking for 1/2 an hour this morning. Now it is raining so no tennis, no fishing, no cape cod today! Might take them to see a movie (Hair Spray looks funny!)

Hair spray does look funny! Good to see that popcorn salt is gone and you are back to losing again. Lemon water at the movies and carrots! I am just so proud of you for how much you have acomplished on this diet so far.. ok ok life style!:)

LOL Chris, I did bring carrots (4 baby), a bottle of water and an apple with cinnamon to munch on! Great minds think alike!!
