Receip:
1. Two bananas mash by falk.
2. Add 4 eggs, mash again.
3.cottage cheese from the market around 600 gr (depends on the cottage cheese you have, I think the amount can be slightly adjusted). I'm visiting my friends, so there were no blender...i would use one for more smoothness.
4. Add peel of 1 lemon.
5. Two large green apples peel, slice and add to the bowl, stir well.
6. Pre-heat oven to 170°C.
7. I don't use any oil/butter. Just lean the glass baking tray with alufoul.
8. Bake without convection around 55 min. You need to see that top is becoming slightly golden. Ideally not to open the oven.
9. Leave in the oven until fully cooled down.
10. Cut to portions, decorate on your taste (I've put a thin layer of peanut butter and blueberries, but can be enjoyed on its own).
11. Enjoy)
