DINNER
1 box wrp on the go sehabis gym. Karena ku malas rebus telur & dada ayam. 😂 proteinnya 7gr aja
Padahal kalo duduk2 gt berasa bgt lagi ga enak badan, tp begitu gym segar2 aja.. Ini skrg sakit lagi kepalanya wkwk 😅😅😅
