You're back - me too. Tracking is the only way for me. I'm convinced if, when in relapse, I were to track every day anyway, I wouldn't continue on my destructive path as long. Journal all the BS I tell myself. Just let our friends love us through it. But what I do is isolate and pretend I don'r care. Sorry. . . Stream of consciousness. Hang in there with us.
