to be honest with my self and with you all .... i missed up last night ... i was so sad and angry that make me feel weak and i needed my comfort food :(

this is the mistake i do every time i lose 2kg or 3kg .....

it is just was a day ... and i have anther 6 days until the next weigh in ! i cant let my team down !!

i really need that good feeling that comes to you when you know that you lost some weigh and i am determinate to feel it next Friday

Don't beat yourself up over one day, just don't let it become one week! Get back in the driver's seat and take control of your eating.

It's ok...really. Don't worry about it. Like the others said, you have to just put it behind you and do better tomorrow. Take it one day at a time. You CAN do it!!!! GO BLUE!!!!

You will get that good feeling back when you continue with the program, sticking to it and preparing new foods that will offer you the same comfort as the old ones. Search the recipes on this site as there are soooooo many good tasting treats and foods that can take the place of your old reliables, that cause you to gain weight and feel unhappy, which is why you gravitate to them in the 1st place. Substitute! Good Luck.
