Got together with friends for dinner. And the planned exercise...didn't happen. We'll see about tomorrow.
Today is the first day I can see a significant change (fat loss on my body). I noticed it on my upper arms and hips. Whoo-hoo...well on my way to the goal.
TODAY I ATE: BREAKFAST - milk - eggs
LUNCH - stir-fry veggies
DINNER - moussaka - rice - potato
SNACKS - chocolate wafers (yes, the prohibited kind) - cake
