saya bulan ini kan turun lmyn, eh bulanannya jadi mundur. kalo baca2 d inet sih krn diet dan turun bb bisa bikin siklus bulan terganggu (krn berkurangnya lemak scr signifikan). so, dinikmati aja say 😊. daripada terganggu
