Well here I am again. It's time to get my life back in order. My excercise and diet went hill starting in December. I lost my dad a month ago and it has been a difficult road over the last few months. TODAY IS THE DAY! I will start to journal TODAY! I will eat healthier starting TODAY! I will make exercise a part of my daily routine again starting TODAY!

Welcome back! So great to see you here again! I'm very sorry about the loss of your dad. (((((((hugs))))))) I haven't been doing well on FS either over the winter, but I'm improving! Let's do this! Time to lose the hibernation ounces and laziness!
