Good Morning all!! It seems that my small changes are making a difference. I am trying to have fresh fruit or veggies when I get really hungry, but hungar doesn't seem to be a big problem right now. It's really amazing how much you can eat if you just make the right choices, I know you can eat whatever you want on WW as long as you count it, but if you eat the right things, you can eat alot. I haven't been doing so good on the exercise front, but right now I am just trying to get my eating in check and then go from there. I guess slow and steady wins the race, or so I've heard. Hope everyone out there has a great Wednesday!!
