I'm so glad it's finally Spring! It's going to be a chilly day, but the warm temps are coming soon.

I've got two more workouts in my 30 day workout program and then I'm onto the next program. I'm proud of myself for sticking with this 30 day program, I usually make it maybe 2 weeks and slack, but I've stuck to my workouts and maybe I haven't lost a ton of weight, but I can feel that my workouts are easier and I can push myself more. I would really like to be able to wear some of my smaller clothes, so I'm focusing more on that goal than the scale goal. I'm ready for a more fit me and even with some joint pain, I still feel like I can achieve that.

I feel like healthy eating is always going to be a battle for me and it's just a constant learning process. My hubby can eat junk and lose weight and feel fine, if I eat junk I keep eating junk and feel terrible and gain. Everyone's different and I think I'm still learning what makes my body feel good and fuels me the best. Eventually I'll get the workouts and eating together, but this all takes work and I'm going to put in the effort to make this a life change, not just a change for the season.
