Yesterday I added a few exercises to my regimen. The yoga swing is going to take some getting used to but I think the struggle may have used up a few calories. I'm doing well with the suspension straps and can feel the upper arms firming up. Standing push ups coming along nicely. Dumbbell reps ... only using the 1 kg dumbbells ... going well, when I remember them. I decided on 2 floor yoga exercises because of my TKRs ... well that is a story. Shoulder Stand and Boat ... lets just say that I did a lot of rocking for the shoulder stand and had no chance of getting my legs in the air so I'll just keep on rockin. As for the boat, managed to get into the position and held it for 10 seconds ... that's it folks. "Hang on Snoopy, Snoopy Hang On".
