Nearly reached the 85kg goal and 1 week early. Thats it went from 102kg to 90kg in 10 weeks , 90kg to 85kg set goal for 8 weeks. Week 7 and nearly there , last big push next week.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
