Okay, feeling good. I've been sticking with it. A few cheats (bites of icecream or bites of regular instead of low-fat cheese..... stuff like that). I've avoided bread. It was harder at first but easier now. I do use whole wheat wraps for a sandwich on occasion. Going on vacation in a few weeks so will probably cheat then so I want to do really well now. I'm happy with my progress so far though.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

You are definitely headed in the right direction. Once you lose about 5 pounds there will be no stopping the momentum towards your goal. Good Luck!
