Met with the nutritionist today. I'm doing great! :)
I need to be eating more fruit, and I know I need to have less sweets. But I'm still doing really well.
I need to stick to 40-50% carbs, 30ish% protein, and no more than 20% fat.
And that, for now, is enough. I'm tired, sore, and I've had a busy day.
