Hi Peeps

I have had a real slow loss over the last month.... so my plan is a 10 day slimfast and fruit only diet, no meals and plenty of water. I am hoping this will kick start my loss again.

Then it will be back to 1200 calories exercise and plenty of water.

Will record if it works on Saturday 16th...wish me luck :)
