I had a lapse yesterday and ate a hot cross bun with butter. Really struggling with having to drink a litre of apple juice a day. Once the routine of fruit & veg diet is interrupted the cravings flood back don’t they? Wow! Back on fruit & veg diet as D-Day is tomorrow. Praying the stones have softened and won’t hurt.
68 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
