hello everyone today I started physical therapy to help aide more weight loss for my hearts sake. If where you weighed at was a carpeted doctor office on a digital scale do you think its legit? or the carpet keeping it from true weight?

At my doc's office the scale is more like in the carpet. If it's like any other scale, like you might have in your bathroom, having it on carpet will not give accurate readings.

but i was excited to see I had lost 5 more pounds but I was thinking the carpet felt kinda soft underneath so it made me feel like it might Not be accurate
