Well, I just got my new digital scale & it seems my fears were justified. I DO weigh much more than I thought!! UGH! I started off @ 241.8 on Friday The 8th, now I'm @ 241.2, so I guess that's a small positive.
I can now honestly say I've never been this heavy before. When I was carrying my youngest (17 years ago) I got up to 225 and I thought I'd never see that number again. Boy was I wrong!!
Now I have to make a serious commitment to losing and keeping off this excess weight. I never realized how lucky I was when I weighed 180, but that was YEARS ago and I really need to break the 200 barrier again. I just don't feel healthy at this weight.
