I did what you did, and trust me it can screw up your metabolism. I got away with it once, but the second go around bit me. I'm 57 and paying for it. I have to watch my micros really well for the most part to build and maintain a decent body. DUe to my exercise routine I should be able to consume an additional 3-4000 cals a week, but can't without it all be a weight gain. Take care of your health.
