Struggling today. I’m fighting the pain of kidney/gallstones and have to go through a process this week to soften them up so they can be successfully flushed on Saturday.
Have been semi vegan for the past two weeks as kidney/gallstones love protein, so no dairy, meat, fish. This week, as well as the diet, I have to drink a litre of apple juice a day!
Feeling achey and tired. Mothers Day was non-existent.
