I went up a pound...Well i can't complain...i kinda fell off writing things down...i should know you never eat bad the day before a weigh in...(it's my own fault)This week i will be getting back on track....

Don't sweat it! Sometimes the junk bloats us up, too so it may not be an actual pound of fat. And you are already 2/3 of the way to your goal. How wonderful is that? Keep going! You can do it!

Yes journalling is a great tool for all of us to use. It is so easy to lose track of what we ate this morning if we don't write it down. Hang in there and get back on track.

Just hang in there GF. I also hate journaling, but it helps to keep me honest. At least you know what you need to do...and we're all here to help whenever you need it.
