Okay, on the one hand I would be lying if I said I wasn't a tiny bit disappointed. For the last two weeks I have lost 6 oz each time. All I needed was another 6 oz to be at 10 lbs. So what do I lose? 4 oz. On the other hand, I would be lying if I said I wasn't a tiny bit pleased. This week I did not follow the plan 100%, and I still lost 4 oz! So there you have it.
