still good. I had a bad day with carbs yesterday. Being that I've been staying away from simple carbs, and being a carb addict, the extra carbs made me feel horrible!
129.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
