Did much better food wise today. Feel good too. Would have went swimming but by the time I got home it is 25 degrees outside and the house was nice and warm. Didn't feel like going out again. I'll take my gym bag with me tomorrow so I don't come home first, then I can make it to the gym.

It is hard to keep going from a warm place to a cold then warm. You're right - taking the gym back w/you will help so you know you don't have to go home first. You're chart is looking really good - keep up the good work :-)
